Mobile wood biomass pellet processing plant is a specialized granulation unit independently developed and developed by our company. Adopting PLC sequential start control technology and dual time control of the vibrating screen, it has two operating modes: automatic and manual. The main equipment includes crushers, cyclone separators, silos, spiral elevators, feeders, ZLSP-R 300B particle machines, cooling vibrating screens, bag dust collectors, underframes, and electrical control cabinets. It is currently an ideal machine for small and mobile sets of wood chips and straw particles processing in China, and can also be used for feed processing.
Scope of processing raw materials: can be used for processing biomass raw materials such as wood chips, peanut shells, sugarcane bagasse, straw, rice straw, rice husks, sunflower shells, cotton stalks, bamboo chips, palm shells, etc.
Raw material requirements:
1. The diameter of the raw material shall not exceed 50mm. If it exceeds 50mm, special instructions are required, and we can provide other crushers.
2. The moisture content of the raw material is 10% -20%. If the moisture content is too low, it is necessary to add moisture; If the moisture is too high, it needs to be dried or equipped with a dryer

5. The granulator adopts variable frequency speed control for feeding, with controllable feeding speed to ensure stable operation of the granulator.
6. The feeding volume of the spiral elevator is stable and easy to adjust. By changing the feeding amount of the spiral elevator through a frequency converter, stepless speed regulation is achieved. This ensures sufficient material supply for the granulator and prevents excessive raw materials from being stored in the upper box, ensuring that the granulator is always in good working condition.
